Dominion Markets review 2026: MT5 and cTrader access with ECN pricing from 0.0 pip
Dominion Markets is a Dubai-based ECN/STP forex and CFD broker founded in 2020. It holds a Mauritius FSC investment dealer licence (GB24203525), discloses UAE CMA licence 20200000425, and offers MT5 and cTrader with Standard STP, ECN, Institutional, and Islamic accounts. It serves retail and professional traders across 55 forex pairs, crypto, stocks, indices, metals, and commodities.

What is Dominion Markets?
Dominion Markets is a forex and CFD (Contract for Difference) broker founded in 2020. The group presents Dubai as its management location while disclosing legal entities in Mauritius, the UAE, Cyprus, and Comoros. Its trading model includes Straight Through Processing (STP), meaning orders are routed to external liquidity, and Electronic Communication Network (ECN) pricing.
The website identifies Dominion Markets Ltd in Mauritius as a trading entity. Dominion Financial Services L.L.C. operates from Dubai and supports account introductions. A separate Dominion Markets LTD is registered in Cyprus under HE460499. The site also names Dominion Markets LLC in Comoros under company number HY00723020.
No publicly listed parent company or audited group financial statements were verified during the 19 September 2026 review. The disclosed structure therefore requires entity-by-entity checking rather than assuming every company carries the same regulatory permissions.
Is Dominion Markets regulated? Verification check
Dominion Markets discloses three regulatory relationships, and this review could confirm one of them as a current authorization. The broker states that Dominion Markets Ltd holds Financial Services Commission Mauritius licence GB24203525. The FSC's online public register lists Dominion Markets as an SEC-2.2 Investment Dealer (Broker), licensed since 18 March 2025, with its registered office at its management company in Ebene. The register does not display licence numbers. We confirmed the entry on 6 October 2026.
The site also states that Dominion Financial Services L.L.C. holds UAE Capital Market Authority licence 20200000425. The broker describes this as a Category 5 "Ranking and Advice" licence. Its own disclosure says the UAE entity cannot hold client assets or client money. The exact registration could not be independently verified in the regulator database during this review.
A third claim concerns Mwali International Services Authority licence T2023340 for Dominion Markets LLC. MISA's own verification page lists the company and licence, but displays an end date of 9 August 2025. The Central Bank of the Comoros has separately disputed MISA's authority over financial institutions (source: Financial Markets Authority New Zealand, 22 January 2025).
The Comoros Ministry of Finance also published a Central Bank communiqué on 10 December 2025 concerning entities claiming offshore banking authorization through MISA. These findings support the review's suspicious regulatory classification for the UAE and Comoros claims, rather than treating all disclosed licences as equivalent active brokerage supervision.
What trading platforms does Dominion Markets offer?
Trading access centers on MT5 (MetaTrader 5) and cTrader. Current Dominion Markets pages promote both platforms, while the FAQ gives cTrader particular emphasis for account creation and demo trading. ECN Institutional accounts are described as MT5-only on the current account table.
cTrader supports desktop, mobile, and browser-based trading functions. MT5 adds multi-asset charting, pending orders, indicators, and automated trading capability at the platform level. Dominion's FAQ states that some automated techniques, robots, grids, martingale systems, and Expert Advisors are not permitted under its trading rules.
FXSharp's previous verification did not independently confirm a MetaQuotes-listed Dominion server. MT5 support is therefore recorded from the broker's public material, while the MetaQuotes server itself remains unverified.
Dominion Markets red flags and warning signs
The main concern is the difference between disclosed licences and independently verified permissions. The Mauritius FSC licence is confirmed on the regulator's register, but the UAE CMA licence number was not confirmed in the regulator's database on 19 September 2026.
The Comoros relationship carries a separate problem. MISA's page identifies Dominion Markets LLC and licence T2023340, yet displays an August 2025 licence end date. More importantly, the Central Bank of the Comoros has stated that MISA lacks authority to license financial institutions (source: Financial Markets Authority New Zealand, 22 January 2025).
The broker's own FAQ also states that account balances can become negative in some circumstances. A stop-out is normally triggered when the margin, meaning required collateral supporting open positions, reaches 80%. This disclosure does not establish universal negative balance protection for retail clients.
What is the minimum deposit?
The headline minimum deposit is $50, but the amount varies by funding route and account type. Dominion's current FAQ states that cryptocurrency deposits start at $50, while other payment methods require $100. Its Standard STP account page also advertises a $50 starting deposit.
Higher-tier accounts require substantially more capital. The ECN account currently lists a $1,000 minimum deposit. ECN Institutional lists $20,000. These thresholds matter because the advertised 0.0-pip pricing belongs to ECN models rather than the entry-level Standard STP account.
The FAQ states that cryptocurrency transfers below $50 might not appear because of network costs. It also discloses a 1% markup in its crypto-to-fiat conversion methodology.
Is Dominion Markets on any regulator warning lists?
The 19 September 2026 scan did not identify a Dominion Markets-specific warning from the FCA, ASIC, or CySEC under the reviewed brand name. Absence from those warning searches does not verify the broker's separate licence claims.
The relevant public warning concerns MISA itself. New Zealand's Financial Markets Authority reported that the Central Bank of the Comoros confirmed MISA has no authority to authorize financial institutions (source: FMA New Zealand, 22 January 2025). The warning applies to organizations claiming MISA regulation generally, rather than constituting a Dominion-specific fraud finding.
The distinction matters. A regulator warning against a licensing authority is not the same as an enforcement case against the broker. It still affects the evidentiary value of licence T2023340 as proof of regulated forex activity.
What do Dominion Markets user complaints say?
User feedback is highly divided rather than uniformly negative or positive. A public user-aggregate database showed 319 reviews during the 19 September 2026 scan. Its visible distribution showed 64% five-star reviews and 30% one-star reviews.
The same database marked the company's overall rating unavailable and stated that it had removed fake reviews for a guidelines breach. Individual negative reviews alleged withdrawal delays, account suspension, and support problems. Positive reviewers reported successful withdrawals, fast execution, and responsive support.
Those statements are user allegations and experiences, not regulator findings. They cannot establish misconduct by themselves. The unusual split between strongly positive and strongly negative submissions also reduces the value of the aggregate as a standalone reliability measure.
How to verify Dominion Markets for yourself
Regulatory verification requires matching the legal entity, licence number, and permitted activity. A company registration alone does not prove authorization to hold client money or provide leveraged forex trading.
- Search the FSC Mauritius online public register for Dominion Markets; it lists the licence type and date, not licence numbers such as GB24203525.
- Search the UAE Capital Market Authority for Dominion Financial Services L.L.C. and 20200000425.
- Check whether the UAE permission covers execution, custody, or only introduction and advice activities.
- Compare MISA licence T2023340 with the Central Bank of the Comoros position on MISA authority.
- Confirm that the legal entity in the client agreement matches the entity expected to hold the trading account.
The broker's website currently identifies the Mauritius company in legal disclosures. The Dubai entity is expressly described as unable to hold client assets or client money.
How does customer support work?
Customer support operates through email, live chat, and telephone channels according to the broker's public FAQ. The main contact email is info@dominionmarkets.com, and the listed Dubai telephone number is +971 4 570 4324.
The contact page lists management-office hours of 10:00 to 18:00 GMT+4. A separate FAQ describes 24/7 support for trading problems. These two statements refer to different support descriptions, so the precise availability of each channel is not fully clear from public pages.
The account-deletion page also lists support@dominionmarkets.com for account requests. Public documentation includes complaint handling, withdrawal, refund, AML, risk disclosure, and trading-practices policies.
Where is Dominion Markets actually based?
Dominion Markets presents Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as its management location. The disclosed office is Office-4f-B-04, 345 Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. Its Mauritius registered office is Office 133, Ebene Junction, Rue De La Democratie, Ebene.
The group also discloses a Cyprus company, Dominion Markets LTD, registered under HE460499 in Limassol. Corporate registration in Cyprus is not the same as a CySEC (Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission) investment-firm licence.
The Comoros entity uses company number HY00723020 and a Fomboni, Mohéli address. This multi-entity setup makes the contractual counterparty more significant than the marketing office location when evaluating regulation and client-money protection.
Account types and bonus terms
The account lineup includes Standard STP, ECN, ECN Institutional, and Islamic accounts. A spread is the gap between the bid and ask price. A pip is the standard small unit used to measure forex price movement.
Standard STP currently lists spreads from 2.0 pips with no commission. ECN lists raw spreads from 0.0 pip and a $3.50 one-way commission. ECN Institutional also starts from 0.0 pip, with a $3.00 one-way commission. The Islamic account removes swap charges, meaning overnight financing charges.
Dominion also advertises deposit promotions. A current 20% campaign requires a $1,000 deposit, and the bonus itself cannot be withdrawn. The published terms state that withdrawing the triggering deposit removes the bonus unless specified trading-volume requirements are met.

Is Dominion Markets safe? Honest assessment
Dominion Markets provides identifiable companies, public contact details, MT5 and cTrader, and detailed account specifications. The trading offer includes 1:500 leverage, 0.0-pip ECN pricing, multiple account types, and a $50 entry point.
The regulatory evidence remains the limiting factor. The Mauritius FSC licence is confirmed on the regulator's register, but the UAE CMA claim was not independently confirmed during this review. The UAE entity is also expressly restricted from holding client money under the broker's own disclosure.
The MISA relationship does not resolve that gap. Its Dominion record shows an expired end date, while national and foreign authorities dispute MISA's financial licensing authority. User feedback is also polarized, and the public aggregate rating is currently unavailable after a guidelines breach.
For this review, those facts support retaining the broker's suspicious regulatory status until the relevant regulator records and client-serving entity can be independently confirmed.
Correction, 6 October 2026: an earlier version of this review said the FSC Mauritius licence could not be confirmed in the regulator's public records. The FSC register lists Dominion Markets as a licensed investment dealer (broker), and the review, its licence status and its scores have been updated.
